

Policies
Due to our high volume of pain management clients & our wait list, we have developed the following policies to ensure no one's appointment time is infringed upon and the time for our therapists is respected.

PrePaid Sessions
First time or non-established clients may be required to pre-pay at the time of booking. Clients canceling under 24 hours may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee & be required to pre-pay their next session.
Cancellations
Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee, and not be eligible for a refund.
This includes prepaid sessions as well as redeeming gift cards or certificates.
Cancellations may be done by calling or texting 575-442-6863 or by responding through the Square appointments reminder sent to your phone.
Rebooking
If you are cancelling through Square Appointments notification System, there is an option to request a rebooking. Please note: this is a request that we must approve. If approved you will receive an automated text informing you that your request is approved. Should the request not fit a therapist's schedule, we will contact you by phone to find another appointment that fits both the client & therapist.
Accepted Forms of Payment
We accept cash, credit or debit cards. You can pay in person, by phone, email or text. As of November 1, 2023 a $3.00 fee will be accessed on any credit or debit charge over 40.00

Arrival Times
If it is your 1st session, or if you've had changes in your health status, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork.

Should you arrive late, your session time will end on the scheduled time, so that it does not impede on the next appointment. You will also still be expected to pay for the full scheduled session, as our therapists' time is also valuable.

Being 15 minutes late will result in being marked as a no call no show.

A no show session will not be eligible for a refund.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates may be purchased by email, chat (online contact), text or call 575-442-6863.

You can pay by phone or we can invoice you via text or email. We accept cash or credit/debit cards.

You can choose to purchase a session or by dollar amount and allow the recipient to spend as they like.

Recipients may call or text to arrange appointments. All policies apply to gift card appointments.
